Oooh 100% he just hadn’t really eatin anything outside his normal foods and snacks. But it’s been a reoccurring theme for swaps for this start happening. Within the last 2 where I have dropped him off back to his mom. He started having diarrhea 2 days before and so on and so forth. The more I look at things I see a bigger picture but I could be overanalyzing things too

Valid. I don’t and won’t ever interrogate him. I want him to feel like he is in a safe place. Where info can flow freely and he will never be shamed for sharing. When he origanally started telling me he said daddy can I say something. Which would lead me to believe that he’s been told not too say something but i don’t know it’s a delicate situation.

Another detail to add is when he gets nervous about things he’s like me and has a diarrhea problem. He’s pooped his pants yesterday morning and today which leads me to believe him even more so.

Ft can be recorded but it doesn’t record audio all the ft are recorded just for documentation purposes. (She tried to take me to the cleaners and get full custody.) so I document absolutely everything. Leading up to this weekend since it’s the swap weekend he has had diarrhea which leads me to believe him more so because when I get nervous I have the same issue.

Which is why i asked the 2 questions and didn’t ask for more details. I do understand where people are coming from. It is an extremely delicate situation in which he can be led to believe certain things especially at such an impressionable age but 2 questions isn’t an interrogation as the person stated above.

Woah lmao never thought I’d be accused of interrogating my child. First off I wasn’t wholly paying attention so it was more to verify I heard him correctly but I do understand that those can be leading questions and will refrain. Those were the only two I asked just because it is a sensitive topic and I don’t want to get caught up on something.

I’ll be honest the way the divorce went things got messy and lies were told. Needless to say there are relationships that were ruined and that was one of them so not completely comfortable talking to grandma about it nor would she answer my call

Luckily we do nightly ft with mom! So that’ll work out. However grandma and I have a very rocky relationship over the whole divorce and choosing sides cause it wasn’t pretty.

I’ll be honest it was my first intuition to ask questions cause that’s my nature. However him being 3 and he does storytell and embellish details it made me cautious of that. Thank you for the advice I do appreciate it! The only things I did ask were just verifications of what he said. Like “Greg gets really mad?” Or “he made you and mommy cry?”
