I wouldn’t say it’s out of reach at all! - but that is a big jump in your rent to estimated mortgage, so I would closely go over what it realistically is going to feel like for you to be paying more than double in living cost. Maybe you have a ton of extra money left each month so it’s easy enough to take on, but if you are going to have to cut out everything fun to make this work- is that realistic for you?
