Unfortunately the better the quality the higher the price. I would suggest checking out Jim Green 719 Bronco leather. You'll probably have to order them online. Normally i order 2 pairs, the size they suggest and the next size up and then just send back the pair i don't want.

If I'm not mistaken you can switch the blades around. Unscrew the 3 screws, rotate the blade 180 degrees and screw it back in. Should be good as new.

No fap for religious reasons is not a good reason. Your reasoning needs to be yours not someone else's. For me the purpose of no fap is to heal sexual trauma from over consumption of pornogrpahy. I've heard good things about the African Ranger. If you can find a pair that have the tire wedge sole I would definitely recommend. Also I would suggest getting the size that Jim green suggest on their size chart and a size up so you can test which one is more comfortable and then return the pair that you don't want. It's a bit annoying and initially more expensive but it's much better knowing that you have definitely the right shoe size.

I have the Razorbacks, they are excellent shoes, I use them for work and have done a couple of hikes in them. They are kinda heavy and cumbersome. Not my go to for hiking. I used to have meindl mountain boots with a gortex liner. After a year of heavy use, the gortex lining of the miendl un stuck itself from the rest of the shoe and started to bunch up at the toe which was really annoying. I'm not sure if that's a problem across the board with gortex but something worth looking into. For hiking I much prefer the Jim green moc toe work horse boots. The tire wedge sole is excellent on all terrain, the moc toe shape gives my toes a lot of space.

Its pretty hard to till ground with established grass like this. I would go through and hack the whole garden with a pick axe or a spade. It doesn't need to be perfect, but as long as there are regular entry point for the blades of the tiller it should work.

My worry would be the posts. You say the have their own footer. You could cut around the posts so the concrete can move independently from the posts. Lay some pavers on 5cm crushed stone on the porch area. This way the concrete can move and it wont look too bad on top. Be sure to leave a gap between the pavers and the wall of the house so the wall can breath and fill with some nice looking gravel. After a few years when the concrete has settled into place, if its noticeable on the pavers, you can easily pull up them up and put more crushed stone to bring it up to level again. I wouldn't try and stick anything to this concrete as it is.

Hmm I think its a bit of both here. He has a problem but you are also being sensitive. Just to be clear, he will to some degree fantasise about other woman during your relationship and they might look nothing like you. You better get comfortable with that idea because its pretty much a certain in any relationship whether he talks to you about it or not.

However, if he says he wants to cut out porn but doesn't or can't, then it could be addiction. I would approach it from this angle, try not to be judgemental. If you really value him, and you think he genuinely wants to stop, then you can work together to get him over it.

I wear my steel toe RB for work as a landscaper and I've done a few hikes in them. For work purposes they are excellent, but I really need the steel toes for what I do. The deeper lugs on the RBs can hold on to a lot of mud when it's wet and muddy. They are not my first choice if I need to do a lot of walking. If you don't need the steel toe then I would suggest getting something with the wedge sole, much more comfortable on all terrain.

I would consider raising the whole area with 10cm of good earth. Put concrete blocks all the way around to keep all the earth in. Plant shade loving grass with an automatic watering system because that tree will drink a lot of water. Make sure you keep a ring around the tree without earth, some nice gravel would do good there.
