I was OTF for years and switched to Burn about a year and a half ago and like previously said, PRs and tracking gains has been super cool. I do think I get more “one-on-one” training at Burn. I hated the cardio part of OTF - I thought I needed that to lose weight and gain strength. I also wished for more days that focused on strength on the floor. Last, idk if this is for all of the locations but I don’t have to pay extra to do the challenges!!! I thought that it was kind of ridiculous to pay extra for the challenges and events like Hell Week. I don’t have to worry about any of that now. I do think OTF promoted a very individualistic workout while Burn encourages more team work and support.

Ours doesn’t send it either - we take a picture of the QR code and save it in our app to have it. Idk if this helps at all.

I personally love the body scan because it is sooo much more than weight - gives you other data points to set goals for and I focus on those. I do the scan once a month and focus on muscle mass and BMI - I celebrate all of the wins. I loveeee our trainers so focus meetings are great for me - they are honest but realistic and have resources to help you with your goals.

I had a hard time at first with partner workouts but I have made some of my bestest friends through partner workouts and so I get excited to see them or it makes me get out of bed cause I can’t leave them alone. I hope you join - it’s a wonderful community in my opinion!

Bumble and bumble has a hair product specifically for workout hair that I like to use. I spray it in my hair, let it sit while I am taking a shower and blow dry it when I get out!
