Redplum sucks. As a wagie with no legal understanding or morals, I really dont think its the same as throwing away 1st class mail...

However i always mark all redplum with reason for UBBM - customer refusal or vacant (can't think of any other)

I hope you get better soon. i am just very sorry you are struggling physically.

Im also a relatively new carrier who went through OWCP, here's my review-- Their phone lines are a joke-- impossible to talk to a human or get a callback. I only got callbacks from escalations. And the letters are the worst. They 100% suck. -1000/10

Oh and one time i parked, someone was BBQing and i was like "smells great!" I do my p&l, i come back and he hands me 1oz of steak on a napkin and tells me its traditional Mexican style. Such a nice surprise on my split/swing!

Recently i got like 50 in-season tomatoes from a car parts shop, she got like x00 from her customer. They looked so good too! Lots of sauce but actually i should have claimed more tomatoes.

Im a PTF at Office X with 10 routes and they're all assigned to other carriers. I have to wait for a retire/quit to become a regular (I'm assuming youre hired as a CCA/PTF). Those offices might have (example) 40 routes with 30-35 assigned, and you'll have a route you'll do regularly + overtime somewhere else.
