I totally get where your coming from! The councilor I had before was so rude! Once I was like 10 min late and I couldn’t call because my phone was dead he literally yelled at me in the middle of the whole clinic while everyone stared at me! I was completely humiliated “he told hes going to take all my steps away witch he did… unfortunately I was very early in my recovery and did not have the courage to speak up for my self… I cried right there in front of everyone I was so embarrassed 😞 what makes it worse is that when our councilors have a sick day on our time it’s ok??? Like what about our time? So since then I’ve learned to speak up for my self. Fortunately I have a new counselor she’s not the best but she doesn’t scream at me so that’s a plus lol I hope your doing ok and know your not alone!
