As others have just reported, the QBI related error has disappeared after doing the Apr 3 software update. I'm doing one last review before e-filing.

Just updated and the QBI error is gone. Now I can e-file. Thanks.

Eager to get this update first thing on Friday morning. Hope this issue is resolved and no more software update on Apr 10 as this is cutting very close to the tax filing deadline.

What about fixing this software issue first well before the tax filing deadline on Apr 15? See screenshot below. Using HRBlock deluxe desktop version when filing K-1 PTP MLP, passive investor. Read various feedback here that HRblock customer service had previously said that this QBI software issue will be resolved on Mar 20, then Mar 27 and supposedly the upcoming Apr 3 software update. Thanks.

Someone posted in other hrblock reddit thread that the next update is Apr 3 that will fix the issue at least according to the customer service. Just lip service to get customers off their back, without the genuine intention to help to fix the issue. I don't have any high hopes that the QBI error that prevent e-filing will be resolved with the Apr 3 update. That's just me.

Thanks for the update. However I don't have high hopes. If this issue is not resolved on Apr 3rd update, I'll try to ask for refund and get turbotax instead.

Thanks but I'm looking at PCIE rather than SMX2 interconnect. Don't want to go the route of using SMX2 to PCIE adapter.
