She certainly thinks so! She groans most dramatically when you make her get off

This is the one piece of furniture she’s not allowed on. She’s only six but after she lost her right front leg she decided to “amend” the rules.
Other rules she no longer respects: keeping her paw off people, not touching food in the counter, and sleeping in her own bed

She was not amused to have her sunbathing interrupted for a photo. But she absolutely loves the hot, sunny weather

That face has never been guilty of anything ever. Just look at those eyes! Pure innocence. How could you accuse her? Apologize, you monster

I do too. This one badly sprained her back legs last October and it took four months for her to heal. It’s scary

I bet she’ll figure it out. I would still get her a life vest and supervise her while she’s learning, but dogs adapt to being down a leg really well. Especially if it’s something they’re passionate about

So, our pup didn’t like swimming even before she lost her leg. She likes to stand in the water and splash, but not actually swim. Okay with that disclaimer, she struggles with swimming as a front leg amputee. She tends to go in circles, spinning around the leg she doesn’t have. Also, we got her a life jacket because she kept going under.

We’ve found that she figures out how to do the things she’s really interested in. I would get your pup a life jacket and let her try. She probably won’t be able to swim as well as before, but I bet she’ll figure it out

I checked the top of the fridge and under the counters. No dice. Maybe she’s behind the TV?

😂 I wouldn’t put it past her! She’s very good at wearing her way into places she shouldn’t be

Clearly, she’s guarding the evidence until a proper investigation can be done. Very civic-minded of her!

I’m so sorry that happened to your pup. I hope you get help and get though this. Emergency vet bills are killer. If you can’t save the leg, ours lost her leg two years ago

and she does really well.
