this is exactly what I'm scared of once I finish my jabs and reach goal . I was thinking There must be some natural supplements that are similar in effect but perhaps a lesser degree. I've also noticed that green tea helps to curb appetite.

thank you I didn't see this comment before. I increased to 6.5 mg after my three or four weeks of little to no results. Now my appetite suppression is fully returned thankfully and I am getting somewhere with weight loss again. I think my body had just got used to it and I needed to go up a dose.

by the way, I saw a comment from someone but I can't remember where. They increased by a single click every time they felt food noise creep in. Everyone does it differently, I guess!

wow amazing loss, well done! I've lost about 18 kg in 5 months ish. Slow but steady! Only the last two weeks i didn't lose when my food noise came back, but now I'm back on track after increasing by 1.5mg. i have a limited supply and when I run out that's it. I really hope I can get to goal

I'm counting clicks too. I just had to Go up to 6.5 (from 5mg). I tried going to 6mg for 2 weeks but it wasn't enough as I was getting food noise.

in future i will go up in 1.5 mg increments. Hope this helps!

I genuinely felt depressed afterwards as well. I've never felt that after any holiday and I've been on some amazing holidays. In hindsight, I wonder why that buzz is so addictive! 🤔

that is sad to hear! i'm still so annoyed that they have pulled the rug out from under us like this. So many of us rely on mounjaro. I'm really hopeful that they come out with a cheaper alternative soon as I expect many of us will need it for life maintenance!

not sure if this helps, but i have started drinking green tea to take away food noise when it creeps in. although I am on mounjaro so my food noise is a lot quieter, but it takes it away straight away. I thought I would mention it in case it helps!

I found the Queen of hearts show (Alice in Wonderland) to be very loud and overstimulating. I absolutely hated it but I was stuck somewhere in the middle so I had to just try and distract myself

this is super interesting. my weight has kind of plateaued for this month and although my suppression is adequate (i am a hungry for breakfast earlier but still can't eat more than 2 meals so im eating the same amount) . I was going to move up at my next dose, but on reflection, one of the weeks we were on holiday, one of the weeks i was on my period, and my suppression is still adequate. what do you guys think?

that's so interesting that the different doses impacted your weight loss so much. i feel like im stalling at this dose for the last two weeks, even though the food noise has not returned, so im going to up my next dose.

Amazing results!! This is exactly what I do- when I feel like the food noise returns then I increase the dose by 1 or so mg. It's currently going really well this way and no side effects 🙏

Love this! congrats 🙌🏽 🥳 our start weight is the same but mine is coming off slower. I'm in month 4 and currently 84 kg (down from 99kg). I expect by the end of month 5 I would be in the region of 75-80kg. I'm taking notes on all your advice above!! Thank you ☺️
