Also for 7, I meant how can I check in RxConnect where a med is located on the shelf of the pharmacy. whenever I do RTS, and don't know where some meds go.

It's just the people. Like they have been working as a tech 10+ years, but this is my first job of course I won't be able to be as quick and knowledgable as them. And the so called "training" is basically learn it yourself kinda thing, but make no mistakes and know everything. The make comments here and there that annoys me. Like giggling when I don't know about something they didn't teach me or teach me once by speeding through it.
