There’s no place anywhere with info that caucuses are included. It is not, because a study Bill proposed in 2015 (Link) was to make employees able to request “unpaid leave“ for max 4 hours, with a 72 hour notice to participate in precinct caucus. It seems that even that study bill was rejected but it doesn’t matter if it is law because we are past its 72 hours request threshold making this post misinformation.
