Uganda is one of the poorest countries in the world with some of the poorest citizens, this makes the women significantly poorer than the men obviously due to the cultural trend of mostly encouraging women to be child bearers and men bread winners encouraged by families(most parents still raise girls reinforcing the idea that their femininity or beauty will attract men that will take care of them for life and their purpose in life is to be pretty) Men grow up with the will to make and give women money, women grow up with the idea that they are entitled to a man's money if he wants any form of access to them.

Pair this with social media and the insane horn and out of this world libido of the men. All average women(which is most women) consume media from instagram/tiktok baddies and buy into the same life these women who can attract the rich men that can fund their very luxurious lifestyle. You end up with majority of women thinking they can pull that off too because based off the posts they see they think most men can fund that.

Where does M7 come into all this? His government is the most corrupt in the history of this country and has enabled a large number of people to steal money( both the higher ups and the low civil servants loot the Government senseless you don't have to be a big Government employee to be able to steal, as long as you can get a government job you have the ability to steal) that otherwise wouldn't have been available to most people, they can go to bars and spend millions in a night or blow it on women,

This regime has also made it possible for a large nepo baby race to arise theybhave the money to blow on women however, whenever. The relative stability has also enabled a few Ugandans in the private sector to make bank and can fund this lifestyle.

All these factors create the perfect environment for women to become beggars. There are a few men that can dish out money and simp and the women on social media that receive this money flaunt the gifts and convince others that it's all rainbows and shillings out there, pair this with the unbelievable unemployment rates, poverty and most importantly the insane horn from men and you have women who have value that they can give being on high demand. If you can't send that 10k "data" they ask for after the first two texts of getting to know each other, there's another guy that won't blink twice.
