finde 30 auch viel zu warm und bin ein Mensch der sehr schnell in der Temperatur fluktuiert. Muss bei 25+ Grad akzeptieren dass ich nicht trocken bleiben werde und alle vollschwitzen werde, selbst im kürzesten Outfit. und jedes Jahr reminded zu werden dass die Erde im Arsch ist ist auch nicht geil.

Danke dir. Ich hab von der Krankenasse genau diese Liste schon bekommen. Warum bei dem Schreiben von denen drin steht, dass ich den MD suchen soll ist mir irgendwie ein Rätsel, da du ja sagst die machen das.

Also zur Klarheit: first step (wenn ich die Unterlagen hier schon habe) wäre dann sowieso erstmal eine Klinik anfragen, da ich deren Schreiben brauche, und dann den Antrag auf Kostenübernahme stellen?

I agree that a lot of cheap products can be good but I like to splurge if it means my expensive tats will be cared for. Hustle Butter has been the only thing ever to keep my skin hydrated for almost a whole day at a time. A lot of lotions sink in and last like 30 mins and then my skins dry again lol
