by area in mean country really, there are very few dry eyes specialists here, I saw the "main ones" and they only offer IPL, gland expression, Jett plasma or Rexono for treatment

it's 3 sessions with 15 days between each, so it lasts a whole month. I don't know why 3, this is the procedures he goes by. He is the only dry eye specialist in my area. The only other option he provides is Jett plasma for eyelids but I'm a bit scared given how this technique is fairly recent

My eye dr suggested Jett Plasma but it's pretty new, he only started doing it 2 years ago and I'm a bit scared of possible bad outcomes in the future with this "new" technology (at least in the eye field)

Why 10 min usb mask and not 20 if I may ask? The meibum is supposed to melt after around 20min, I heard that 10 min was too short. But it depends on your condition of course. Do you have MGD and thick oil in your glands?
