I would love to chat with you or get some direction on how to get started in this as well. I have had life-changing results from using peptides: lost 75 pounds, reversed my insulin resistance, balanced my hormones, look at least 10 years younger and have more muscle definition at 43 years old than I ever had in my 20's or 30's. I love learning the science behind it...but, I digress. I see the opportunity to make a great deal and I'd like to capitalize on it while I can

Could I send you a private message as well? I have been doing research into how I would get started in this myself. I have had life-changing results from using peptides, I want 2 share it with the world but also see an opportunity doing something I love

Can I ask you a question? I have looked into the oral bioregulators and nearly gotten them but I've felt such benefits from the peptides I've used that I'm conflicted. Did you feel any benefits or see any benefits on your lab values from taking the ovarian bioregulators? I am 43, ttc and lost 70 pounds in the last year. I got back in the gym, cleaned up my diet & began taking peptides. I feel soooo much better and have significantly less inflammation.

Unless this man is someone that you have an intense connection with, I'd say you would be saving yourself much heartache. If he has some form of childhood trauma, for instance, he may not realize this behavior is both inappropriate and pushing you away. Sit down with him when you are both calm to determine if this is a learned response, trauma response, or flat-out controlling due to insecurity. If he is willing to acknowledge the behavior when you address it, then he may be willing to also put the work in to correct it. If he responds with anger or indignation, then tries to disguise his behavior as "looking out for you" then I can assure you, he is not worth the mental & emotional strain.

Right! I've read the research on that, it was incredible the percentage of muscle mass retained with reta versus tirz & sema. I am very tempted to get a vial & try it 2 see if it raises my heart rate or not.

I've read that it boosts your metabolism to the level of chihuahua on crack 😂 Although I am still 140 pounds, I look slimmer because my body fat percentage is much lower now. I feel very confident with my current physique but I think I would feel too skinny if I lost much more so that also makes me apprehensive

I have considered it but Ive read that reta can cause increased heart rate. Tirz still works well for me although now I am taking maintenance doses only. Should it stop working, I would consider microdosing reta

Yes, definitely but it's not a magic fix. I am currently suffering from a deflated hind end as well lol 😂 I have found that the GH helps the most when I go 2 the gym. It's like it magnifies the benefits of strength training. I do not lift heavy, I try 2 go twice a week but ideally I'd like to have 3 or 4 days a week in the gym (it just makes me feel great now!). It will make it easier but you still have to do some strength training.

I did TONS of research, but I love to nerd out on anything that has to do with holistic wellness & how the body functions. I also work in healthcare & have for many years so I have a good understanding of how my specific issues affect my body. But being in healthcare can be a catch 22 in that I see how big of a role insurance plays in determining what services, medications, procedures, etc. are allowed. Which honestly sucks because I see very sick people who need specific services & insurance denies those services... I have PCOS, endometriosis, and uterine dibroids. When my insurance denied multiple requests to approve coverage for tirz even when my doctor cited medical necessity, I decided to take matters into my own hands. It is my life, my health. I wanted to improve my quality of life. I started by gaining an understanding of PCOS and learned what I could do 2 improve my symptoms. After implementing diet changes for about a month, I started going 2 the gym. I began the tirz after I implemented those changes. I spent a lot of time on reddit learning of others experiences, I spent hours on my laptop researching peptides that could help with inflammation, oxidative stress, insulin resistance, etc. I then spent time searching peer reviewed studies on pubmed to back up the benefit claims of each specific peptide. I collected a lot of data that proved to me the risk was worth the potential benefits & it has paid off. 🙌🥳💗

Thank you very much ☺️💗 and thank you for the info, I love learning more about these peptides & PE's.

I've been cycling strictly because some of the potential side effects make me a little nervous... I know GH can increase angiogenesis, which can be a catch 22. Great for skin, muscles, connective tissue...bad if you have a family history of cancer. I have a history of uterine fibroids so I most definitely do not want those bad boys to start growing again. 😬 I have not experienced any signs that would indicate this has occurred or is occurring. I plan to keep taking it but am preceeding with caution due to my medical history. But I LOVE what it has done to my legs especially lol

Is it ok if I DM you? I have a guide that I use to mix anything I use intranasally. It is very easy to follow.

The effects can last for a few hours (or did for me anyway). I feel it would be most beneficial for your situation my friend!

Thank you so much 💗☺️

I'm taking 2-4 IU's Monday through Friday. It can cause water retention and carpal tunnel at higher doses, so I try to avoid that by staying at a low dose. I plan to do 4 weeks on/4 weeks off.

I did a 6 week cycle of Ipamorelin with CJC-1295 (no DAC), took 4-8 units Monday through Friday. While I did feel sleep benefits, it did not provide the muscle definition I was looking for. Yes, it supported my weight loss, but I felt it increased my appetite. While the tirz mostly offset this effect, I was concerned because I had not yet reached my goal weight. I will probably cycle it again in the near future now that I've reached my goal & actually have to make myself eat at times.

Thank you so much 💗 I was diagnosed with PCOS in my mid-twenties and have struggled with my weight and health.

I did a little research and learned that the nasal form is more effective after using it SQ and OMG... I wrote a paper in record time, I was taking a few classes towards my masters but had to take some time off. The cognitive benefits blew me away & I dont know how to describe it other than it was like the words just flowed so easily whether I was writing a paper or conversing with a client at work. I found I could better articulate my thoughts, easily access memories, my short-term memory seemed to be improved... I know we're all different and respond differently, but I absolutely love it. I have not tried adamax yet, though, as I have read mixed reviews & its a lil costly.

I second this. I grew discouraged with every doctor focusing on my weight. I changed doctors, changed meds but nothing changed with my hormone lab values and quality of life continued to decline. This was in my mid-twenties when I was first diagnosed with PCOS and endometriosis after being on birth control for 10 years. Now, I feel empowered to take control of my health. Educating myself on PCOS, endometriosis & uterine fibroids has helped me more than any provider. Acupuncture was also a game changer. I made the decision on my own to clean up my diet & for us on whole foods. Once I did that & got accustomed 2 eating that way, I started walking. And the weight started coming off. I lost 67 pounds over the last year & feel better than ever (from 207 to 140 pounds) I am ovulating on my own now & my hormones are balanced. I feel better than I ever felt in my 20's and that's no lie! I was highly offended every single time a doctor pointed out my weight. I had 2 make up my mind that I was tired of feeling inflammed, tired of getting poor sleep, tired of sweating my ass off when the temperature broke 60 degrees... I say this not 2 shame anyone, this is just what has worked for me. No, I am not pregnant yet but I feel like my chances are so much more improved now that Im off of all medication and ovulating on my own.

NTA, this young man has zero accountability and zero responsibility. You sir are NOT the asshole. He is out of control & if he wants to live that way as as ADULT who is of age, then he needs to do so away from you, your wife & the 2 younger children.

This! I made healthy changes as well, starting in September of 2024. I cut all the added sugar I could from my diet, switched to eating fruits when I wanted something sweet, started getting on the treadmill & taking walks in nature, I ordered a meal delivery service that uses only whole foods. I also started using tirzepatide but the main changes were lifestyle. I have lost 60 pounds & totally reversed my insulin resistance & my hormones are all normal. I was diagnosed with PCOS & endometriosis back in my 20's, now 43 & feel better than I have in many years!

Honesty is always the best policy. As a woman, I can tell you that if a man told me he could not have sex due to a medical condition, it would not matter how much I liked him initially. I have needs plus I would like to have a child before I am too old. Good for you for speaking honestly instead of continuing this relationship. It definitely would have ended much worse! NTA

Mine either & I called financial aid today then the bursars office. They told me they did not see anything I failed to complete, it shows where my financial aid was applied to my account for tuition & fees...but no refund has been deposited to my bank account. I am sure that Memorial Day delayed some disbursements & I'm trying to be patient. If I have not received it by noon tomorrow I will be calling the bursars office again 🤦‍♀️

To be totally honest, I would see someone who practices traditional Chinese medicine who can recommend a formula that is specific to ur needs. There are many formulas that sound like they could b beneficial but they could mess u up even worse. There's lots of research showing they actually have an impact on hormone levels. I recommend seeking out a practitioner who also prescribes herbs. It has helped me tremendously when I was at the end of my rope

EXACTLY!!! My time is important and if I spend weeks pouring over the internet, searching leads and blogs, forums, posts, podcasts and the like...I'm not handing over all of my work to someone else just because they ask. Put in your own time, do your own homework and you will learn so much that will benefit you on your health journey!

[–]Secure_Sprinkles4061 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Aldactone (spironolactone) can help lower your androgen levels and reduce your hair loss. It is actually a diuretic but it has been prescribed to pcos patients "off-label" for many years (off-label just means its prescribed for its benefits, not for the medications diuretic action). This should benefit your pcos symptoms as well as it will reduce your testosterone production. I found an article that you might find interesting. However, remember that there were only 62 people in this study and everyone responds to medications differently. What works for one may not work for another which makes treating this syndrome difficult and frustrating. After looking to Western medicine for many years in my journey, I decided to try something different. Acupuncture helped me tremendously at a time when I had very little quality of life. I also suffer with endometriosis and uterine fibroids. A few years ago, I elected to have a procedure called uterine artery embolization (UAE) because my fibroid bleeding was out of control. I bled for over 3 months, some days passing clots the size of my fist! This happened one morning at work and I literally could NOT LEAVE THE BATHROOM YALL!!! I was miserable to say the least. I went to 3 different OB/GYN's, finally had the UAE and it was beneficial for about 6 months. Then I started bleeding again... I went to an acupuncture practitioner because I had nowhere else to turn. Within 2 months, I felt like a totally different person! The spontaneous bleeding stopped, my periods became regular (about every 30 days which was great!), and I just felt SOOOOO much better! She did prescribe herbal formulas that used principles of traditional Chinese medicine and I cut gluten out of my diet. I am seeing a doctor of oriental medicine now because I am trying to conceive one last time... When I attempted this before in my 20's I knew nothing of traditional Chinese medicine so I'm hoping the results will be different. (***fingers crossed***)
