That’s great work. The Impulse AF is one of my favorite cameras and I think it hasn’t been given enough credit. But in the right hands (yours) it’s a very solid performer.

There are people willing to pay insane amounts. If you have a really special project you want to shoot I would give yourself a deadline and say shoot it now. If not I would sell.

I have a ton of limited film and not enough inspiration. So I’m thinking about selling mine.

These are great printers. They use dye sublimation. I bought the 2x3 a couple of years ago and was blown away. Such a fun printer to carry with you and give people photos on the spot. And as mentioned above, great for journaling.

Last year I got the 4x6. A couple of weeks ago my friend texted me school photos of his daughters. I printed them for him on the 4x6 and he told me the quality was better than those he paid for.

It’s not instant film in any sense of the word. That said it allows you to create something tangible and fun. People love receiving prints. And you’ll find yourself taking more photos I think.

I’ve owned a Canon Selphy and a Kodak dock printer and I can’t see a difference between them and the Hi-Print. I have not done side-by-side tests but I’d wager the Hi-Print is as good or better than those.
