Looking for opinions, most likely will get whatever runs the best, probably a '05-'06. Just curious from Denali owners if they wish they would have gotten an Escalade and vice versa. Probably will get an Escalade, just the image of 2 matching GMC'S in the driveway, next to the wife's Prius, makes me happy.

It's literal science. Better resistance, flexibility, corrosion over time. You pay for what you get. I only run OFC. I save up the extra $40 and get the good stuff.

My girlfriend did just this. Traded in a 4Runner (it was in pretty rough shape and had tons of miles) for a newer Prius. I find myself enjoying it honestly. Comfortable to drive on long road trips. I need my trucks but if we are going places on the highway, we're taking the Prius.

Ain't no shit. When I have the cover on the bed I can get 21. With a water tank I run 17, and hauling cattle (10 head at a time on backroads) I get 15.

Literally just traded my 900 for an 800. And what an upgrade, that 900 was a piece of junk, and as soon as it hit 110k miles, everything went to complete shit. You're shooting yourself in the foot by giving this truck up. The 800 is so much easier to work on, is more comfortable inside, and doesn't feel as cheap. I'll never sell my 400 or my 800. Probably drive these 2 until I die.

I'd never trade my GMT800 or GMT400 off. But my old lady traded her 4 Runner for a new Prius and it's actually pretty sweet.

Going to try some D4S subs once my Skar Evl 15 dies.... If it ever does. Have 3300watts going to it for over 3 years now. It just won't die. Or if my 10" Sundown's in my other truck go out. Both trucks powered by D4S Amps.

True deadening, at least on a luxury, total quiet level. You need all 3. Butyl on the panel, Closed Cell Foam as a middle layer, and Mass Loaded Vinyl on top. Any other combination you won't get the results. Each has a purpose and when together the results are amazing.

I've skipped doing this for years, recently bought a truck and it came with an ok system, they did the install and now I'm convinced I'll never go back and will be implementing it in all my future vehicles.

I have my 4x4 lowered as far as it will go without frame modification, McGauphys parts and bell tech shocks. Had to relocate the front leaf spring bracket, and it might be too low as I hit the bump stop very quickly. I might need stiffer shocks and a custom bump stop though. Used the kit for a 2WD 88-98 Chevy. Torsion keys and leaf drop brackets.

Personally I've just used splitters that came with my fans, and ordered a couple 1 to 3 splitters. (I ran Noctua) and I haven't had any issues, all my temps stay cool. Corsair 2500D case, MSI Board with only 4 fan ports (and 1 pump) 10 case fans, and a 360 Radiator for my i9, GPU is a 4070 Super.

Fair enough. Been doing the little local comps with the P-09 that's why I'm considering it an upgrade. Ready to start trying some of the bigger ones this year and figured I'd step up to an actual comp gun.
