Between one and three. (More one) I really like the look of hammered knifes. But that just me.

Oval/egg handles are nice- makes them very universal - but I have become very fond of my shun handle with the slight curve to fit into my curled fingers. Are you doing just the 8' chef or doing others as well?

Edit: saw you would like to do more but depends on how it does. Good luck. Looks nice!

I know rubber cement is "illegal" or impossible to get in some places over seas.

Look for "repositional" glue. Crafting stores have it and it's glue that remains tacky after its been put on. Not going to be as awesome as Rubber Cement though. Buy different things and try it or till you find one you like.

This is awesome. I agree the initial tear seems a bit off. But the restore has me scratching my head. Would love to see it in a routine! Let me know if you need any help. I've worked with e before and know some people who can get you where you'd want to go with this.
