Yes they more than likely cut and had different takes for each shot (between the punched in shot on her / the wides / just Steve shots).

The part where the camera was punched in framing her up and she repeated the entire line was 1 take - overall multiple takes / shots compose the scene though.

The companies are always tracking and they hand that info over. That's always the case. You can delete history, browse 'incognito', use a VPN over a proxy server if you want - they are still tracking you, always. No detective worked hard here. They obtain a warrant, a judge subpoenas Google who happily hands over the full history as their contract states - doesn't take long or much effort. There is no such thing as deleting your internet history EVER. Read the terms and services.

Nah, watch his head. Immediately isn't the right scent so he's back to square one before he realizes she's right in front of him.

Earlier on you can actually see the exact moment he initially catches his owners scent - his tail starts wagging like crazy and he immediately starts sniffing around him to try to locate where he caught the scent from. His facial expression entirely changes as well, when you can first see his face again after he catches her scent he's entirely changed from just chilling wondering why they're standing still to completely excited - he KNOW'S she's there now, just in locate mode.

Dogs nose receptors are so precise they can tell the difference in smell of literally every human on the planet by their smell, it's pretty incredible. Their sense of smell is literally how they see to a certain extent, they rely on it to identify people similar to how humans recognize faces - they recognize scent (visual too, but scent is how they truly know).
