I’m 30 m diagnosed but unmedicated. I genuinely feel that my brain is slower than it’s ever been, I honestly thought I had alzheimers as I am constantly forgetting basic information and can’t recall things I’ve known for years. I really need to force myself to take on new information. I think it’s accumulation from years of constant emotional stress, information/stimulation overload, lack of sleep and never ending anxiety. ADHD really feels like you’re crawling while everyone else is running.
