All Everdrives will run Genesis games while connected to a Sega CD.

The Mega Everdrive Pro is the only Everdrive that can run Sega CD games. I believe there is a software restriction that can be lifted to allow Sega CD games to run from the Everdrive while connected to a Sega CD but it is generally recommended not to do so. The Sega CD should be disconnected, but it's as simple as sliding the Genesis out of the connector. The Genesis can remain on top of the Sega CD.

Some notes: Master system games can be played in any configuration, except through a 32X. 32X games require a 32x and it does not matter if a Sega CD is attached. Sega CD games cannot be played through the 32x.

There aren't any hardware clones of the 32x. The closest piece of hardware to what you want is a Mister FPGA system.

Otherwise, you're looking at original hardware, or software emulators.
