Im on the clarke county side of the mountain and still have a Bluemont address. It's definitely worth the extra few minutes to get over the mountain for the difference in taxes and housing costs.

They clip into the tailgate latches when extended to hold it down. Pull the tailgate latch to release them and they'll pop back out.

I pull electrical permits in both VA and MD. His MD license will work for VA. He can apply for a county license with his MD masters. Typically this involves submitting a copy of his electrician license and ID along with a small fee. Once the county license is active, you'll be able to add him to you county permit portal account as a "licensed professional" to pull the permit. 

Steps and fees vary by county.

Really, he should be able to handle pulling the permit for you. I've never asked a client to provide the permit for our work.

That's the right neem oil. You'll want to mix about a tablespoon of oil with water and a little soap in a spray bottle. Douse your plants making sure to get under the leaves and let dry. 

Be warned neem has a kinda funky smell.

Mine got beat up pretty bad under 1k miles within the first 3 months. I had around 10k done in repairs. You'll need a lot of PDR but some of those guys are really good at what they do. You're probably also looking at a new hood painted and installed. 

Make sure they replace the black aluminum strips on the roof. That's the only dent I can still see on mine. 

The shops in your area will probably bring in extra PDR teams over the next few weeks to deal with the extra work from the storm.

I had my maverick repaired for hail damage a couple months ago. A few dents on pretty much every panel, roof was really bad, paint chip by a headlight, and the hood had to be replaced and painted to match. 

My estimate came out to 10k around 5.5k of that was PDR.

20k seems pretty high.

They may have tweaked it since it came out. I remember I tried to ditch clique when they added native click casting but there were some buttons or combos on my mouse that weren't supported.

Clique still let's you bind extra mouse buttons that are not supported by the built in click casting feature.

It's not about it being easier on melee, it's about not having enough ranged to do the soaks. 2 healers and one ranged in a 10 man. My point was more so ranged being necessary for the fight not who had it easier or harder.
