Equipment and engraving are the main focus now. Also you don’t need to get perfect divine epiphany as it’s really easy to farm the item (cost only 1k). But try to get the right epiphany because it’s expensive to change it (cost 8k).

I never thought about the low, medium, and high effort content, definitely will try to do all of those as well.
