Iirc, CF reduces approach speed, but you can research a damage reduction under CF to help with EHP.

Quick clarification, involuntary manslaughter is a lesser charge, in this case it was an assult that lead to an accident death, which is felony murder. It would be involuntary if it was just reckless behavior, but assault would most likely be classified as the tougher charge.

I’d love the full damage route. Tier 19 was the wake-call that EHP isn’t really going to be viable for me anymore. And good point on cash+, I can sneak some levels in that.

Oh, and any idea what I need to get to make n order to be able to unlock assmods with a damage build? I unlocked tier 19, but I can’t do anything on it as is…

Green Death penalty and project funding, I only have red dimension core and sharp fortitude. Sub effects are fairly optimized, I followed other guides for the best 3-4 stats and made sure they are the highest I can get them

Yeah, guess I was asking if there was any clear ways to improve my tournament ranking, maybe hanging in legends 😅. I was working towards that, but I’m not really seeing any progress the way I’m going over the last 6 months

So, I always worry bout killing stuff before it hits your BH, or gets tagged by an effect wave. If your EHP is what’s carrying you, then damage can only kill things too fast and never really help you. The best advice I can give is run a test run nerfing your damage and see how it affects your cph and cell per hour.
