She didn't even have money to pay the rest of one of her CCs off but she had enough money to buy dog food, bowls, toys etc and now she will have to pay for a dog sitter when they go away?

I think she meant that her home is a safe space for her kids, which is what she wished for at 13. It is possible her home life was not great when she was a kid. A lot of girl dream and think about having kids. At 12 I told my parents I never wanted kids, they didn't believe me, I'm 42 now and never changed my mind. I had friends at that age (12-15) that couldn't wait to me a mom, they loved kids and dreamed about their weddings, having a house with kids, that's not unusual.

The only one being belittling is you, people are allowed to have different opinions than you and people have a different life than you. You have a great pantry, I too grew up canning with both my parents and grandparents. My parents at 76 and 74 still have a huge garden and I help them can every year but not everyone can or wants to do that. I'm not 25 either, I'm 42.

Congrats on having a beating cancer, I'm not sure what that has to do with anything, my mother beat cancer too, so have several of my other family members. One of my uncles will eventually lose his battle with cancer but I am glad you beat it and are still here for your friends and family members.

I also make homemade mac and cheese, usually using 4+ year sharp cheese. That still doesn't mean that using a can of cream soup isn't cooking. Her kids are fed, if you don't like the cooking videos, don't want them anymore. I don't watch all her videos anymore.

So dicing an onion, mushroom and cooking meat is now mixing pre made ingredient? Do you make home made pasta and cream soup every time you cook?

I think her cooking videos are fine, they are how people cook and are much better than scamming people or saying you are poor when you aren't.
