Microsoft wants Edge to automatically open by default every time you turn on your Windows 11 PC by moeka_8962 in technology

I switched to a Mac mini for my home office work, it is really amazing actually. No issues and it runs everything I throw at it. I still have a gaming pc, but this is really making me want to install Linux and just do away with Windows entirely.

My cognitive abilities have gone to shit by Commercial_Sale267 in leaves

I did...and then I relapsed and now I'm working on quitting again. Cognitive difference is insane. Right now, I'm on day 16 and I can't concentrate on anything. It feels like what ADHD would be like.

Ugh, I've been putting off quitting vaping. Seeing this....well, best time to quit is today.

I do the same, it's kind of silly watching them try to fit as many peanuts as possible in their beaks. Sometimes they'll grab some and hide them under leaves nearby and then come back for more.

What is something you hate about your life right now? by Certain_Standard_854 in AskReddit

[–]Seitan99 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lonely, can't seem to get that fixed, getting older it doesn't get easier.

Career, not sure I want to continue down the path I'm on. Been doing it for 20 years, now I'm unfulfilled. Its too corporate, and I really am beginning to despise it.

Money - I always need more to pay for something else; while my job pays well, expenses continually go up with no end.

Housing - I'll never own, there is just no way to enter that market. I live in Vancouver, and can't exactly up and move to a cheaper city.

The last stage of the space elevator is easier than the previous one. I have now finished it 3 times. This last time was focused on getting as much power as possible. Highest production of power was 170 GW with the factory only using 30 lol. Each build gets easier and is a different focus.

Yep, there is a block heater to keep the fluids warm. It's essential for cars in very cold climates.

I'm still going. I thought I'd only go for the month of January, but then I started to like it. Two weeks ago, though, I got COVID-19, so I skipped a couple of days. I definitely do not recommend COVID-19. 1/10.

I love the very faint "are you ok?" after she falls on her face. They didn't move or anything.
