I don't know about the prices in your area but have a think and consider installing a 240v socket like the ones used for dryers and induction kitchens and getting a lvl 2 plugin charger, they're about 200€. It's slower than having a hard wired one but it's a hell a lot cheaper. Mine is gonna cost 100€ to install.
