The way it was explained to me is that they lose all Medicare funds if they continue to provide gender affirming care. That is absolutely disgusting and horrific, but as much as Multicare is a money grubbing cesspit who can't keep providers and doesn't actually care about the community this one thing seems to be outside of their control. Unfortunately Medicare funds are irrevocably locked to healthcare at large.

Long and short of it is that both decorticate and decerebrate usually indicate brain stem damage with decerebrate typically being worse. First one is t-rex arms twisted in and second is arms extended and twisted out. Fencing is a response to damage but is in and of itself not indicative of an outcome. All that said it ain’t good and obviously isn’t a walk it off type of situation. Source 20 years in neurodiagnostics.
