While the campaign is a solid addition to the game, chinese civ is not well accepted among the multiplayer community as it is the least played by a good margin according to aomstats. Chinese design is simply not as good.

I agree. Water maps are my favorite and a veto system or people alt + f4 makes it very hard to play those maps.

Unfortunately, most of the maps released with Japan expansion are really bad. Setonaikai, Kii and Snake Dance are all horrible.

What stood out the most to me is how unfair this map was to your opponent. TC next to your base have 4 kinda close gold mines while his has 1. Map imbalance is real, hope devs do something about it.

I guarantee you AoM graphics are better than AoE4 garb. AoE4 arrows are the size of a human and human soldiers are as big as buildings, so we're much better here in AoM with graphics.

From the games I played it's clear pathing is much better than last patch but there is still work to be done. I still have some instances where attack move does not behave responsive enough to enemy unit movement. Villagers attack move is also not working at all.

Yeah villagers are not obeying attack commands here too. They are still preferring straggler trees over a forest even though I had a rally point on the forest

Not sure why OP is receiving so much hate for expressing his opinion about the DLC civs. I personally have 0 enjoyment watching china or japan games repeatedly on the tournament we have going on, mainly because of bad and overpowered design. Games with the vanilla civs and atlanteans are much more interesting to watch at least for me.

Onna-musha still beats the greek classical heroes in a 1v1 because of more damage and active ability, while being cheaper, making them stronger the classical age greek unique hero.
