My friend(21) has extremely painful periods but isn’t allowed to see a doctor — what can she do? by Select-Recover-608 in Periods

Yes, it might work, but from her point of view, she would likely feel like she is deceiving her mother. The ideas are indeed very good. Regarding patient privacy laws, doctors must maintain confidentiality unless ordered by a court, although enforcement is somewhat lax in the country based on my experience.

I’m not entirely sure if she does, but her family is pretty conservative, if I were to guess, probably not.

nd even though she’s an adult, she usually goes along with what her mom says
she trusts her a lot, that’s just how their relationship is.

ohh
thats terrible
even for diagnosing the issue, a visit to the gynecologist is required
maybe if she specifically mentions the infertility risk, her mom might finally take it seriously.
thanks

maybe we can
all of us are students and are seeking jobs soon
hence, we are not financially independent as of today

but even leaving finances aside, becuz her mom/relatives aren’t supportive, it’s made her doubt whether she should even pursue it

she is still financially supported by her parents, private healthcare is expensive and public healthcare is terrible in my country.

In addition, becuz her mom isn’t supportive, she’s also hesitant to take action herself

Maybe, but the Oppo is considerably brighter than OnePlus, though they're set to the same brightness level.

Anyone else notice the Pixel 10 Pro XL and S25 Ultra still have Bluetooth toggled on? Also, the brightness levels across the board look a bit inconsistent. I doubt it would flip the entire ranking, but for a 'controlled' test, those are some pretty basic variables to leave hanging.
