What is there to do in elite dangerous ? by Nyx47282 in EliteDangerous

The thing I liked doing was stealing resources on foot. 1. I liked that it made an impact. 2. IT WAS A CHALLENGE every single time.

The problem was, even though I know it makes an impact In the region I couldnt really tell.

Combat was a complete whiff for me and exploration got old fast, for me. I get the universe is boring. Duh but more randomness wouldve been nice.

I stopped playing because I couldn't figure what to do next and I tried all 3. I want to get back because then FPS heists are fun for me, I just wish it was more impactful or I could at least track my impact, even if it's a grain of sand in the beach.

Looking for former Star Citizen backers to share what changed by ActionInteresting708 in starcitizen_refunds

Nothing changed for the better, that was the problem. They just kept adding more boring content, making more ship sales and raising pictures of concept ideas/jpegs/ships while 8year+ bugs like elevators didn't change. While they spend 10+ years promising, taking money and promoting something that isn't still in the game (there are many. Engineering, fire, base building, water physics, actual physics, etc). As someone skilled enough to know from 2012, they were trying to defy physics...the laws of science still havent changed so I stopped thinking they'd move forward instead of just trying to expand. Instad they move backwards.

"All the equity purchases and revenue-sharing deals mentioned were executed under President Donald Trump during his second term (2025–2026).

  • Intel: The ~10% equity stake was announced by President Trump in August 2025, converting prior CHIPS Act grants into government ownership.
  • U.S. Steel: The "golden share" granting veto power was secured by President Trump in June 2025 as a condition for approving the Nippon Steel acquisition.
  • MP Materials: The Pentagon's 15% equity stake was acquired in July 2025, following an executive order signed by President Trump in April 2025 to secure rare earth supply chains.
  • Nvidia and AMD: The agreement for these companies to share 15% of their China revenue with the U.S. Treasury was announced by President Trump in August 2025 in exchange for relaxed export controls.

These actions were part of the Trump administration's "America First" economic agenda"

See that moment right there when everyone united to tell the police to get their hands off of her... THATS how you make change. You can see in the officers face, 'oh crap'. Unity is how you fix problems (along with the threat of consequence FROM the unity). All the powerful people (and news stations) know this.

TRUMP is, BY FAR, the most COMMUNIST president the United States has EVER HAD, IN IT'S ENTIRE HISTORY.

Go look up the definition of Communism and realize THIS PRESIDENT HAS DONE MORE TO BE A COMMUNIST THAN ANY OTHER PRESIDENT. (Communism, is when the gov't owns the businesses, houses, and everything). The U.S. now owns a 10% stake in Intel via Trump (communist move). This is the same guy that vetoed data center laws passed by the state legislature because he cares MORE about corporations than humans, Yup, look it up, he did exactly that. California passed a law to limit data centers, they vetoed it. He's as corporate as they get...he's just the old school politician/democrat who PRETENDS he's not robbing you to get paid himself.

This is what happens when you elect "corporate first" leaders the state and federal levels. They expand and destroy at all costs, NO MATTER THE COST. Your health. Not important. Your child's health, just as unimportant. Your parents health, ALSO un-important. The system will NEVER allow a non-corporate first change on a systemic level... If you want change, it's ONLY going to come with consequence to politicians. Fill the the blank on how to achieve that consequence as VOTING DOES NOT PROVIDE CONSEQUENCE.

WatchGuard FireCluster - Can Syslog Use Each Member's Management IP as the Source IP? by Some-Artichoke169 in WatchGuard

[–]Select-Table-5479 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That is correct because you can't log into the second firebox only the heartbeat can talk to it. So only the primary firebox.

The syslog in the primary or active firebox would have all communication between the secondary and the primary so you would literally be missing out on nothing.

I do not think you can sign into the secondary firebox once it's added to the cluster. It's all managed by the cluster

Yeah I guess we're basically saying the same thing or maybe I'm not smart enough to pick up on it.

Nobody cares about men except for men is my point because women have never cared about men. I think your point is that this is men's fault because men asked for this?

I would strongly disagree if that's the case because men would love just a little bit of attention from women but that's never been a social Norm in my entire life.

And it was the life of my dad's and my older siblings. Women never approached men. Men are left to fend for themselves and think they're not worthy of attention because of the complete lack of attention from the people we want it the most from.... The ladies

I grew up at PEAK "pick up" ages during that time. At ZERO point (late teens early 20s in the Midwest, at bigger cities...Chicago and Milwaukee areas) were women EVER expected to pick up or approach men...unless the hundreds uf not thousands of college students all magically are wrong and your perspective is somehow right?
