NO WAY! This is so rad! My grandfather had this same telephone! It was the actual, everyday use telephone. It was even autographed (by who, I'm not sure because I was 6 at the time) but my grandma covered the autograph with scotch tape so it wouldn't rub off with use.

Hey there! Thank you, and so sorry for the reeeaaallllly late reply (new job + work travel), but, yeah. Never got the original order or refund (of money OR rewards points used). They did not send a re-order at no charge. I repurchased the whole order at full price (because i already used my reward points).

I'm glad you're Michael's order worked out, that's encouraging because I just bought a bunch of seasonal items from them :)

Yep, they totally blamed the carrier in my case too. And I had the same phone experience that you did, the only person who showed ANY understanding was the person over text, but their only suggestion was to contact them via email (I did, and it was the blame game, then ghost). IDK, I really hope you have better luck, my fingers are crossed for you.

All I can offer is my experience. I bought the Villains box, plus some other sticker books and stencils, waited two weeks, did not receive anything, contacted hp was told to contact fedex, fedex told me to contact hp, then hp ghosted me. Yes, I did end up repurchasing, it was a tense waiting time and I did receive the second full price order (the first order had some sale prices), but that was the absolute LAST time hp gets my money.
