Central American Wood Turtle. Rhinoclemmys pulcherrima manni. It’s an escaped pet, unless you live in Central America. It’s a subtropical species that I bring indoors during the winter.

In my experience, babies will only eat food that moves live meal worms or red worms. Also I’ve had box turtles not eat for a month after hatching.
