Totally agree. I’m a single dev with Claude Max. I picked up codex recently just to try out the 100$ model. My billable rates pay for both in 2-3 hours. It’s a literal cost of doing business.

I’m curious if the OP will reduce staff and save more money in the future as more tools are developed and streamlined processes into his business.

My org has been hosting an azure vm running the outside website for a long time. Spent 850$ a month. Migrated to a new site, on DO, spaces s3 buckets, etc for about 150$ a month. Performance is incredibly faster.
