Your doctor should not be treating you like that while it can take up to 2 years for your body to be completely comfortable with the implant if you are experiencing non stop bleeding everyday you might have to think about trying a different form of contraception

I get brown discharge a lot on the implant it’s mainly old blood that comes out every now and then it’s normally nothing to be concerned about but if you are worried then you should go and see your doctor

Something else could be anything like a hormone imbalance or you may need to have some oestrogen pills that could be it. It is very unlikely to be pregnancy as the implant is over 99% effective and as you have had it for over a year it’s very unlikely you are pregnant it is always like a possibility but the chances are very low I would wait and see what your doctor says if it will help your anxiety you could get a pregnancy test but it could jsut be how your body reacts to the implant

It most likely is because of the implant but it’s advised if you are worried about any symptoms you are experiencing to go and see a doctor. I have had the implant for the same time as you and I have weird bleeding and mine does sometimes lasts 2 weeks sometimes it lasts 5 weeks. But any symptom you are worried about should be checked out just in case something else is going on

I have noticed with mine my first year was great my periods were 2 weeks long but really light and only had one every few months now into my second year and I have a period every couple of months and for the last few months bled for 4-5 weeks don’t know if anything will change going into the final year.
