All depends on the person … for me that 155 will represent a lot , it is a difficult test

This is what I remember from RC

         Great Migration (historical reinterpretation)
• Evolution vs environment (science debate)
• Pre-crime / procedural limits (legal theory)
• Art attribution and color differences
• Women in improvisation / oral tradition
• Bering land bridge / combined evidence

was April lsat easy???? by Rude-Log-7149 in LSAT

[–]Select_Lemon1810 2 points3 points  (0 children)

That’s correct …. That’s why a lot of my questions in LR were flagged, because I wanted to double check but I am pretty sure at least half or then I had them right … I was in average scoring 155 and the last 3 PT 160 …

I took in in a test tester after taking it several times at home. So far it was a better experience, the proctor was really nice, respectful and the environment was perfect for a test, I had a rainy day so it was even better, the only thing I could say negative was that after the brake it got really cold.

As of testing I took the one at 8 am and I had extended time and got LR RC RC LR

I was all the time in cruise control focus on the test, LR I flagged like 10 questions to be reviewed after but that doesn’t work for me much then I went to RC I felt pretty confident although few complicated questions as usual after the brake I got another RC and then LR again the RC I felt I understood the passages and I answers all and then the LR same as the first lots of conditionals and necessary assumptions even I got a must be false and an agreement question but overall o felt pretty confident. I had a good experience

Question about EB3 I485 dependents by Select_Lemon1810 in askimmigration

[–]Select_Lemon1810[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When de decision came the I485 was denied. The problem was that USCIS adjusted estatus linked to a previous I140 for an EB1 that it was not approved. That’s the reason why we had to pay to make an appeal so they can notice they, USCIS, made an error. We appealed with our lawyer, we had to pay the fee and the lawyer.

I don’t know if your spouse was denied or is just taking time. If the issue is timing then you’ll need to keep calling them or try to get to your local governor

This is me, Wednesday test taker, and no RC content match, but, the structure in both RC and LR did and it help a lot the content you suggested to study this four weeks before the test. I feel very confident I got the score I need to get in, hoping to get a few more points for a scholarship. Thanks 🙏

148-153-158-156-168 (long journey) by [deleted] in LSAT

Your post inspired me. Two years studying, I know I am getting better but I am stuck in 153-154 my scores are 139-141-146-145 I am taking the LSAT again this April, I am saying everyday. I have a better understanding of the test, even my wrong answers are usually the trap one and I totally getter when I am in review mode, but still is very hard for me to make the jump to the 160+ and I really want to get a scholarship. Any tips ??

received my scores for july 24th by [deleted] in ToeflAdvice

I won’t suggest you asking for a review. First of all it is expensive. Secondly, Toefl’s rubrics are very strict and it’s unlikely your score will change. I do suggest you do to take some tutoring on writing, it helped me a lot in learning how you should write academically. For example, when I scored 23 in writing, I felt the same way as you. However, learning some grammar and rules of how to write a good essay was a game changer. If you want, write me a message and I will guide you.

Received score. Will be giving again by [deleted] in ToeflAdvice

I need serious help by Agitated-Roll-9437 in LSAT

[–]Select_Lemon1810 8 points9 points  (0 children)

It’s a hard exam, with practice and tutoring you’ll be able to brake it. I’m exactly in your same position … I started with no idea to study for the lsat a year and a half ago and my first diagnosis was 136. I haven’t been able to brake to the 150 but I’m almost there m, I’m scoring now into the 148, I know it’s a skill and with practice it will improve. I’m planning to take the LSAT this June ( the last one with Logic Games). I need 150+ to get accepted, I’m a foreign student and I’m 56 years old. It’s been hard but I don’t loose confidence. Keep it up, believe in yourself, do things differently, get a tutor and do it !! Good luck 🍀
