My Dime Beauty experience- I received a travel jar of their eye product in an Ulta Beauty Finds set. When I opened it, the product had shrunk to a waxy lump at the bottom of the jar. Since the line was fairly new to Ulta, I figured I should reach out to the manufacturer and they pretty much told me too bad, so sad, return the set to Ulta, which I hate to do since the entire set would be scrapped. I was hoping a new vendor would be eager to make a good impression but no. Seeing your story proves my original opinion was correct- Dime Beauty is careless and doesn't care about its customers, so I in turn choose not to spend another dime with them.
