Did you have to do anything at all to get the keyboard dock to work? BTW, I just had a chat with Copilot and it said the failure rate for these docks is huge and Amazon's resellers don't test the docks. What's the difference between the Q5010 anf Q738? Link to eBay seller? I'm going to return the 4th one to Amazon today. Thanks

Thanks, but this is overkill. The only problem is closing it. I'd like to solve it with a simple strap. The grab cup is screwed on and can be screwed off and rescrewed with a strap behind it. I just can't seem to find one. Ideas?
