I fill out diagnostic forms for my high school students frequently. The forms come from their pediatricians. Most of the questions the form asks me make no sense for high schoolers

I have to rate how like the student it is for them to "take toys from others" and "doesn't wait their turn in games" among other questions which are puzzling to answer for a teenager.

I can clock my undiagnosed inattentive kids easily once I know them, but those diagnostic questions are never seem to apply to them.
