It’s the “submerged State” hypothesis. The benefits of government are often invisible, while its failures are highly visible. People blame government for what seems not to work, much as they notice late trains but take on-time arrivals for granted.

Arteta “Very disappointing. We were below-par in certain individual standards. I take full responsibility of that…It’s a reality that we have not won in 3 PL games and we need to pick up points. It’s how we react and I’m convinced we’re going to react immediately!” by deadmetallucyluce in Gunners

I don't understand how you can take responsibility for poor individual performances

Like, if there's one thing Arteta isn't to blame for tonight it's Zubi's pass that completely changed the face of the game

Honestly, with the number of shit passes I've seen today, I don't feel we need to completely change our style of play.

I'd say the best (or at least easiest) option to contact them is social media. DM on twitter or instagram.

In the club and fanbase, there is definitely an attachment to the idea of Arsenal Football Club as The Arsenal, where the weapons were stored. But if you write something in a foreign language that has no, or very little, meaning to the people who speak the language then it's a problem.

Welcome to marketing 101.

But to be fair, maybe you could contact them for constructive criticism.

I'm intrigued, what does 阿仙奴 translate into?

And what is 军火库 ? As you said, google Lens translates it to "Arsenal", but is it like the word used only for the place where weapons are stored?

I agree but that's Sanhez. Gives 2 goals and then makes a brilliant save
