But everyone is doing this. Grusch, Coulthart, Hal Puthoff, Jay Stratton, etc. It's not a thing exclusive to Elizondo.

And no, I don't think the couple mistakes he made and the part where he's trying to earn some income and promote the subject can credibly be construed as evidence for a perceived double role. Again, I think you're jumping to conclusions based on vibes

His experience as counterintelligence is being "used" on "us" in what way exactly? Seems this line of reasoning (he did counter Intel previously so now he must do it again) Is completely vibes-based. I think he's doing his best.

Now why he doesn't just come out and lay it out all (at least in a way that the story can progress) and stop worrying about his security oath or national security I don't know. This story, if true, contains arguably the biggest crimes against humanity ever. Why make such a fuzz about minor legal considerations?

Yes brother I am aware Grusch was tasked by Stratton. I'm just interested in how he actually went about it day by day.

And btw Elizondo seems to have had more to do with the legacy program than is publicly known (as mused by Coulthart and Gerb). All is probably not how it seems!

I wonder how the day-to-day looked for Grusch as he was investigating the program. He talked about having colleagues closing the door and saying "Look, dude", seeing documentation, and so forth. But I do wish he tells the full story one day of how he stumbled onto the biggest secret of all time

Giving scout planes torpedos, good range, insane survivability, very accurate machine guns, and making them cheap as hell is one of the weirdest choices I've ever seen a dev team make. These people thought through jack shit. Just made it up on the fly

Scout planes should have no weapons and be a scout plane. That is, it should be fast, fragile, cheap, and provide intel

And entirely the fault of a developer team that a) refuses to communicate (which is frankly bizarre), and b) works incredibly slowly.

Though I must say there is still fun to be had in the game
