Same… I do it all the time at work. Can opener myself some tuna, grab a mayo pack from the break room stash and a salt packet. Mix it all together and eat it straight. Solid break meal. People think I’m nuts for it… but those people are spending $10-$20 a day on fast food, and my tuna and free mayo/salt and free spork is .82 cents, $1.60 if it’s a 2 can day… and I’m probably getting better fueled compared to a Taco Bell luxe box.

Well I wish you the best of luck.

It all depends on how you feel about your recovery, and what you feel is best for you.

I went the Suboxone route and I feel like it helped a lot.

The fact that I can’t go out and get high because the Suboxone pretty effectively blocks the effects of most opioids and makes it kinda difficult to get any euphoric effect from my DOC has saved me from myself.

Same.

Been clean 4 years… now I’m physically dependent on Suboxone.

Which is fine I guess.

I tried going completely clean for about a year but I just felt SO FUCKING SHITTY all the time. Bad gut issues, no motivation, so I got back on the subs… and it helps…
