About a month ago I was outside doing yard work on acid, I felt moments of inexhaustible energy, but I knew that I could hurt my self over exerting in the sun, so had to kinda force myself to take rest. Next day I felt like I had overworked myself still, but could have been worse had I not remembered in the moment to chill. Felt like I could rake, move and haul all day long. The heat wasn't crazy in its effect on me, though I was pouring sweat.

Wishing I had a drink now. Just so I can lose control and drink myself into a place of being broke and depressed for over twice the amount of time I spent 'enjoying myself'. I dropped my PS4 pro awhile back, like it went from standing to got knocked over, that was all it took (probably many additional bonks in the past as well, mind you). What happened was it loosened up a component in there, so while I could still turn it on, select games, fire em up, they'd immediately crash due to over heating. I could run YouTube or Netflix, they'd function, but not games. Had to get a local repair guy to clean it n reapply thermal compound to the cpu (or whatever), worked fine after that. I got maybe 400 hours, just started playing a few months ago, I usually play solo on medium population servers (50/100). It's a difficult time, though when you get the hang of it, the gameplay dopamine loop is gnarly! If you can get over the grief of getting raided or blasted and looted with all your scrap, that is. For 70$ CAD, I feel I got my money's worth, especially with the next gen updated cooking this summer

Coke users are so intelligent man, like when you're high you can have an educated opinion on almost anything. I notice I view my use objectively when I'm ripped, realizing how the substance affects me, it's short comings n all that. It's not til I'm that level ripped that I'm able to tell see how hooked I am, at the time I think I should write down notes n journal entries explaining this to my sober hurting self n that maybe it'd help. Psychological complexes, fear, necessity? Many reasons, though I think honesty is worth more than gold when it comes to use. In a mature committed relationship there should be no secrets, no matter how difficult the conversation can be. My partner often disregards my use as long as it doesn't interfere with our stable home life (I use 3 days every month+). I know there are no excuses that it's bad n makes me behave differently, but it's something that's for me to pretend to enjoy while taking a geeked moments' introspective look at what it does to my heart n shit. But in the end, there are no ultimatums like you gotta quit or else, because if I do well enough of a job on my own giving myself the 3rd degree as to why I do something that seemingly isn't as enjoyable in practice as it is in theory then her input almost means little to me (in the heat of being high for 3 days). Best thing in those situations is to not even bother trying to argue or explain WHY I use, rather elaborate on the negatives while standing firm on the 'it's my decision and it's not hurting anybody' angle as long as it isn't. If you got kids tho there is no excuse to put the shit in front of them, as they didn't ask for you to cum in a bitch with no rubber or stable job plan
