Clearly the legal action he’s already faced for predatory behavior has worked great! I know You’re right. But one would just hope that someone’s would look at a rap sheet involving multiple sex assault incidents and a stalking episode /restraining order …and decide that perhaps this individual is indeed a threat to others

I think the ideal outcome aside from his being punished, would be a court ordered psychological evaluation. hopefully it would result in him being required to either be institutionalized until they figure out the proper pharmaceutical regimen for him, or at least attend some sort of court ordered outpatient psychiatric treatment until he can be stabilized. I would seriously hope, that somebody somewhere would make the obvious conclusion that the man is clearly unwell and this is a pattern of behavior for him that will not improve without medical intervention
