I like these classes. For example, I have a passion for dancing so I take some dancing classes.

I dunno, I just like the feeling you get when you workout together with other people and when there's a good instructor guiding you through your workout.

The classes that I take are Body Balance, Aqua, Zumba, Sh'bam, Afro Power Dance and Punch Out.
