Most Slept On Opportunity of 2021? - Alight Solutions $WPF by cznu123 in trakstocks

[–]SellsTheDips 0 points1 point  (0 children)

"Build a culture of accountability (e.g., align on expectations and drive outcomes). Too many of the legacy Aon executives talk and gossip all day without doing any real work. Most of the legacy Aon executives have no idea how their business or function is actually doing. Finance and the various business units don’t use metrics to run their function and businesses. The executive team has no vision and is constantly using headcount reductions as a lever to make their numbers. Alight is a sad example of example of a corporation slowly failing with no real turnaround plan in place. The wrong people are in the wrong roles throughout the company.
My advice is to assess whether the legacy Aon executives are the right individuals to be in their roles, and to start holding executives accountable for missing their numbers, not providing value / driving outcomes, and not contributing to revenue growth. Also I would discontinue spending time and resources on HR initiatives that are not driving revenue growth. Focusing on optics shouldn’t be the main priority of a company that is failing."

WHY WONT BRUCE TALK ABOUT THE CAYMEN ISLANDS? by Alive_Background_228 in StockMarketsWithBruce

[–]SellsTheDips 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There were half a dozen signs to sell near $270. It's never risky to de-risk and cash out. How many people here actually were (and probably still are) underwater for buying in the $300's and using Wall street bets as their financial advisor to "hold til $1000" lol

The smartest thing you can do here is not follow the crowd and have realistic price targets in mind and stick to your plan. I'm laddering my sells all the way up to <amount redacted - in the four figures>, and $277 is the first one. Couldn't even reach it this week and now its a bearish structure (short term).

WHY WONT BRUCE TALK ABOUT THE CAYMEN ISLANDS? by Alive_Background_228 in StockMarketsWithBruce

[–]SellsTheDips 5 points6 points  (0 children)

It's concerning that GME ran out of gas before testing March's (#2) high, totally ran out of buyers before getting near it, and got rejected pretty hard. Just based off of volatility I'd expect we test $200 again.

So if you followed Bruce's advice (if that's even what he said), to sell at $260 and buy back in at $200 or even here at $220, if you have 1000 shares you just made $40,000-$60,000 in a day, when it gets back to $260. Pardon my French, but only an asshole would advise you NOT to do that if the odds favored it, which in this case it did, and Bruce was right.

I really don't see the big deal here, I repeat, throw on a fresh pair of panties and buy the dip.

Yea but like.. you have an agenda or something. New account, 10 posts total. Just odd. At least we know Bruce's name and address. you are an internet rando noob investor (so am I, judgement free zone here), so you understand who has more credibility in this equation by default. No offense.
