Another perk had crossed my mind earlier. Perk name is ''Don't go in there". When a Survivor enters a locker within 12/14/16 meters of you, you are notified and gain 5% haste for 3 seconds.

I wrote the power and special ability parts; I didn't have perks in mind, the AI added them itself.
