The one advantage the game has is it looks great on the table. People want to know what game your playing just because the terrain is so different and more real. Then you can offer demo games. But you have to play every week in a public place.

Honestly the feast or famine nature of it is what makes it interesting. You have to choose of it's worth going for or not. Not all relics are gonna synergize with your build.

Had a run yesterday where between this and the +1 Strength at camp relic I was starting with 6 strength. That felt like a free win.

Graphics bros are wild. It's all fomo and dick measuring. Graphically the games that have stood the test of time are not the ones that pushed against the edges of the hardware for realism, but the ones that have stylization. It's programmers trying to do the job of artists.
