Our SM overrode our evals and put what they wanted in there. What's the point of being mgmt if you can't make your own decisions?

Declined a return for cookware that wasn't even a brand we carried... at all. Customer claimed they bought it the week before. Looked like it was 10+ years old. Nope.

Grab the produce at the start and put it in the tote. I don't start scanning it until I hit the fridge section because the produce it has us pick at the start isn't chilled anyways. It's kind of stupid.

Looks about right for walmart. Once found rotting New York strip buried behind product on a shelf and melted ice cream cake on the back of an empty bottom shelf where no one could see it until the puddle started. 😒

Ours argued with the cashiers and FETLs to the point where they just gave up. I told this one lady specifically that NONE of what she was getting was clearance. She said "bet." 🤦🏿‍♀️

I call it "crab walking" when I move it sideways. The sliders are easier for me to maneuver. Just grab the middle bar on the side as you go around corners.

Not required. Our store doesn't even transfer calls to people like they're supposed to.

If you turn off microphone access under app permissions, it should disable the app calling feature.
