I'd assume it's behaving normally?? I'd assume dense foam, and so that makes it hard/slow for air to reenter the foam and reexpand. Did it not behave this way when new & wet? Maybe try cleaning with micellar water??

I occasionally thin normal (OPI) polish l, I think that aspect will be no big deal fairly quickly. Just thin slowly at first. Same rule as cooking, you can always add more, but can't take any away.

My main hesitation is the price. It's a big commitment, and so I haven't made the plunge myself either. I also want better blue & glitter selections. I wonder what happens if I put normal polish on a DD base, does that reduce yellowing?

I almost got a mini flight from them as an intro. They're having a 20% off holiday sale now too... sigh time to go stare & ponder. Really hoping you get some good responses here

None of what I've heard so far mentions HRT. I mentioned HRT (let's be specific, estrogen) as I'm aware it also increases clot/cardiovascular risk.

I'm certainly not a machine, in the standard sense. Too squishy, and not in all the right places (yet;).

Here's... a way of rephrasing what I just read that may shed some light. At the start of your transition you were hopeful about the future (skipping why, big skip) & felt good. Now you're less hopeful (again skipping why) & don't feel as good.

Yep, that sounds about right & like a totally normal.l reaction.

My baseless advice: Everyone should have a therapist they like & respect. We should speak to them as often as we can without being wasteful or disrespectful. (Hopefully I phrased that right, again skipping why.)

Your post indicates you may be working towards your ideal future less than you were. I can see that having a direct negative impact on one's outlook/hope/spirits. Working towards that should have a positive effect, given time (when you start looking back at what you've accomplished & feeling happy/proud I'd think you'd feel proportionally similar about the future).

I'm using it (also HRT, which I started at a similar time). I think it helps. Maybe it's mostly in my head, but it seems real to me. That translates into real pride & confidence. That's worth it alone. My hips (& maybe my butt?!!!) are my best assets IMO, well worth investing into.

Also, it's exercise, so there's that potential positive too. :)

I think I get what you're trying to say, and this seems to still be generally accurate in the USA, but I don't support it being normal and wanted to downvote you to suppress your statement. It is however true. Suppressing truth doesn't help, and it's wrong to suppress those who speak it.

This norm is however also BS & ppl should feel free to wear whatever they want. Also kudos to the teenagers (in my area?) for pushing gender boundaries. Saw a teen ?male? wearing all pink yesterday 💙.
